PIMENTOS DE PADRON
A mild taste but one out of ten is actually spicy! This small group of chilies are related to the bell pepper and originate from Mexico. The chilies are cone-shaped, slightly wrinkled and failry sweet. The fruit is harvested when it’s very young and mainly used as tapas.

JALAPENO
These Jalapeno chilies originate from Mexico. The chilies are medium spicy and not very big. The Jalapeno is mainly used in the Mexican kitchen and also serves as garnish on burgers in many big restaurant chains.

These Cayenne chilies originate from Guinea. They’re slim, long shaped and pretty spicy.

HABANERO
These Habanero chilies originate from Southern Mexico. The fruit is very equally shaped and can be yellow, orange or red. The red one has a sweet after-taste, the yellow a more herby one and the orange a more spicy/fresh one.

The Naga Jolokia originates from India. The chilie has a red, yellow or brown wrinkled skin. Even after removing the seeds the chili is still very spicy. The fruit is perfect to put in a soup or stew as a whole.
